Deposits are a refundable clean deposit used to reserve your unit for the date you need and are refunded the Monday after we pick up provided it is clean from candy, soda, streamers, confetti, crawfish, any food or drinks or heavy mud. (Small amount of grass and dirt is normal and does not count against)
